3-5 lbs. pork spare ribs OR baby back ribs
1/4 cup melted butter OR olive oil
Carolina BBQ Rub - as needed Click here for the recipe!

-Brush melted butter or olive oil over ribs; sprinkle with enough BBQ rub to coat entirely.
-Place ribs on a cookie sheet and cover with aluminum foil, pressing the edges to seal tightly.
-Bake in a 250 degree oven for 4 hours.
-Remove ribs from oven and grill over a medium flame for 5 minutes on each side.
-Brush side of ribs facing up with barbeque sauce, turn over, and grill for 3 minutes.
-Repeat with other side of ribs.
