Carolina BBQ Rub
Use as a dry rub on beef, chicken, lamb or pork.

Yield: 1 cup
Prep. Time:

1/4 cup paprika
2 Tbls. salt
2 Tbls. granulated sugar
2 Tbls. packed brown sugar
2 Tbls. ground cumin
2 Tbls. chili powder
2 Tbls. black pepper
1 Tbls. cayenne pepper
