Carolina BBQ Rub

1/4 cup paprika 2 Tbls. salt 2 Tbls. granulated sugar 2 Tbls. packed brown sugar 2 Tbls. ground cumin 2 Tbls. chili powder 2 Tbls. black pepper 1 Tbls. cayenne pepper
-Combine and store in an air-tight container.
Notes : Use as a dry rub on beef, chicken, lamb or pork.
