-Cut zucchini in halves crosswise, then lengthwise into fourths.
-Place zucchini in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish and sprinkle
with salt, then salad dressing, then Italian seasonings.
-Cover tightly and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir.
-Cover and microwave until tender, about 2-3 minutes
longer.
-Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.
