  • This was excellent! I've had trouble in the past getting my husband to eat fish that wasn't battered and fried, but he really liked this!

  • This is a wonderful recipe. I have lived on the coast of New England all my 56 years and have always loved seafood. I have tried many seafood recipes. Few are as tasty as this one and even fewer this easy and fast to prepare. I could serve it in one of the local 5 star seafood restaurants and fool many people as to it's origin and ease of preparation.
