Holiday Quiche

Prep. Time: 0:45

1/4 lb. mild breakfast sausage
4 eggs - beaten
3/4 cup egg nog
1 un-baked pie crust
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/8 cup chopped leeks

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry


-Brown sausage, breaking into small pieces. Set aside.
-Beat together eggs and egg nog.
-Pour half of the egg mixture over the spinach and leeks in the un-baked pie crust.
-Sprinkle half of each cheese on coated spinach and leeks.
-Pour remaining egg mixture on top.
-Sprinkle cooked sausage on top and top with remaining cheese.
-Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Make It A Meal: Serve with Buttermilk Biscuits
