Prep. Time: 0:15

1/2 head iceberg lettuce - torn
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced red onion
2 cups slightly cooked peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise mixed with 1 Tbls. granulated sugar
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
8 strips cooked bacon - crumbled

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry

-Layer ingredients in order listed in a large salad bowl. Do not mix.
-Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.

Make It A Meal: Serve with Tender BBQ Pork Ribs and Baked Beans
