Harvest Salad

1/2 head iceberg lettuce - torn
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced red onion
2 cups slightly cooked peas
1/2 cup real mayonnaise mixed with 1 Tbls. granulated sugar
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
8 strips bacon - cooked, crumbled

-Layer ingredients in order listed in a large salad bowl. Do not mix.
-Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
