Bourbon Ribeyes

Prep. Time: 4:30
Serves: 4

4 ribeye steaks
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbls. packed brown sugar
2 Tbls. prepared mustard
2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic - crushed

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry


-Combine all ingredients in a plastic zipper bag; knead to mix; marinate for 2 hours.
-Grill steaks over medium high heat until desired doneness.

Notes: Excellent when grilled over mesquite.

Make It A Meal: Serve with Twice Baked Potatoes  and Bacon-Wrapped Garlic Asparagus

  • Marinade smelled so good. But too sweet, sweet flavor overwhelmed meat flavor even after just a 3 hour marinade. Good for something different, not good for those that are looking more for a peppery flavor

  • All I could taste was the bourbon.
