Bourbon Steak

Prep. Time: 4:30
Serves: 2

1 - 2 lbs. steak - see Notes, below
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
2 Tbls. soy sauce
2 Tbls. water
1 clove garlic - crushed

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry


-Mix all ingredients together and place in Ziploc
® bag to marinate 4 hours or over night.
-Grill steak to desired doneness.

Notes: This recipe is good with any cut of steak you'd like.

Make It A Meal: Serve with Bacon-Wrapped Garlic Asparagus  and Twice Baked Potatoes
