Bourbon Steak

Serves : 2
Prep. Time : 4:30

1 1/2 Lbs. steak
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
2 Tbls. soy sauce
2 Tbls. water
1 clove garlic - crushed

-Mix all ingredients together and place in Ziplock bag to marinate 4 hours or over night.
-Grill steak to desired doneness.

NOTES : This recipe is good with any cut of steak you'd like.
