-Dry scallops with paper towels and dust lightly with flour.
-Sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute, then add scallops
and sauté until golden.
-Stir in tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and
pepper.
-Remove from pan immediately and serve.
