-Combine noodles, Parmesan, eggs, butter, parsley, and
salt in pie plate.
-Form around sides and bottom of pie plate to form a
crust.
-Combine ricotta, Parmesan, salt, Italian seasoning, and
pepper.
-Spread over spaghetti noodles.
-Pour sauce over cheese mixture.
-Cover edges of noodles with aluminum foil and bake in a
350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
-Sprinkle cheese on top of pie.
-Return pie to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
-Let pie sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
Notes:
This is a great way to get rid of leftovers. It can even
be prepared, up to the point of being baked, then frozen
for later use.

Minestrone Soup
and
Garlic Rolls.

It was so
good my son-in-law complained all night about
eating to much.
This is my
husband's FAVORITE meal! It is a great dish to
prepare ahead of time...we like it even better
the next day.
I have
this recipe in my cookbook, listed under
"Favorites". I prepare this all the
time for my family. It is simple and although
seems to have a similarity to lasagna, it does
seem to taste different. We love it!!
