1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. minced garlic - optional
1/4 cup butter OR margarine
1 dash dried thyme
salt and pepper - to taste
1 bag frozen peas - prepared as directed

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry


-Sauté mushrooms and garlic in butter until liquid evaporates.
-Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
-Pour over peas and stir to coat.

Make It A Meal: Serve with Tasty'N'Tender Round Steak and Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
