-Pierce chicken with a fork and lay in a 13" X 9" glass or metal baking
dish.
-Pour soda and soy over top.
-Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from
refrigerator 2 hours before baking and let sit at room
temperature.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Notes: Skin will be brown and crispy...it's
supposed to be!!!
Make It A Meal: Serve with
Fried Rice
and
Confetti Vegetables.
