1/2 oz. kahlua
1/2 oz. Irish cream
1/2 oz. vodka
1/4 cup milk OR 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

-Drizzle
chocolate syrup around the inside of the rim of a tall glass.
-If using milk, shake remaining ingredients with ice and
strain into glass filled with ice.
-If using ice cream, frappe remaining ingredients in blender and pour
into glass.
