-In a saucepan, brown steak strips in margarine.
-Pour in water and simmer, covered, for 25 minutes over
low heat.
-Stir in soup and mushrooms and simmer, stirring often,
for 30 minutes over low heat.
-Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Notes: Serve over wide egg noodles.
