California Oil Sauce
The perfect blend of herbs, spices, garlic, and peppers
mixed with olive oil and serve with crusty bread
cubes and to use as a specialty pizza sauce.

Prep. Time: 0:05
Serves: 4

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. black pepper


-Puree ingredients in a blender.
-Store in a small covered jar in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.

Serving Suggestion: Brush oil sauce on pizza dough, sprinkle on desired cheese, then add toppings. Cook just like sauced pizzas, but you may need to reduce cooking time by a minute or two.
