Meatballs like Carrabba's®

Serves: 6-8
Prep. Time: 0:40

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
4 cloves garlic - minced
2 eggs - lightly beaten
1 sm. yellow onion - minced
3 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbls. grated Romano cheese
3 Tbls. minced fresh parsley
3 Tbls. minced fresh basil
salt and pepper - to taste
1 cup olive oil

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry


-
Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, and form into 1 1/2" balls.
-Pour olive oil in a 13" X 9" X 2" baking dish and place meatballs on top; swirl pan around to coat meatballs in oil.
-Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
-Drain on paper towels.

Make It A Meal: Serve over a bed of pasta, covered in Spaghetti sauce accompanied by Bruschette like Carrabba's® and finish the meal with Chocolate Dream like Carrabba's®
