Tartar Sauce like Red Lobster's®

cup real mayonnaise
1/2 sm. onion - minced
1 sm. carrot - peeled, shredded
2 Tbls. sweet relish
1 Tbls. granulated sugar
-Whisk together all ingredients.
-Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with Crispy Baked Fish
