Philly Cheese Ball

Serves: 12

(2) 8 oz. boxes cream cheese - softened, low-fat okay
1 Tbls. seasoned salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 oz. packet thin sliced ham - minced, low-fat okay
6 green onions - trimmed, minced

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry


-Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
-Form into ball.
-Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Notes: Spread on your favorite crackers. If you have a meat grinder, you can grind up the whole ham slices and onions for a perfect turnout.

  • I have used a very similar recipe for many years, but use corn beef instead of ham...everyone who has tasted it wanted the recipe for it.
