I
used one packet of Knorr Tomato Basil. ( I cut
the recipe in half since I am cooking for
two....) I omitted the Italian Seasoning, added 1
tbs. of paprika, 1 tbs. turmeric, 2 tbs. of
poultry seasoning. 1 tsp. of black pepper. I
double dipped the chicken (3 breasts) in 1 beaten
egg and the flour mixture. (coated it twice..)
You
can omit the salad dressing all together. Take a
chicken bouillon cube and use a coffee grinder to
make it a powder and add it to the flour.
