Homemade Irish Cream

Prep. Time: 1 Week, 5 Minutes
Serves: 16

2 eggs
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/3 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. instant coffee granules
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups Irish Whiskey

-Blend all ingredients together in blender.
-Pour into a bottle and let sit in refrigerator at least one week before serving.
-Keep refrigerated.

Notes: Whiskey helps keep eggs in mixture from going bad too fast, but be sure to use Irish Cream within 1 month.
