lb. smoked boneless ham - diced
1 stalk celery - diced
1 sm. onion - diced
1/2 sm. green bell pepper - seeded, diced
1 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish OR dill relish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
-Fold together all ingredients
until coated.
Make It A Meal: Serve with on bread as a sandwich with Harvest Salad on the side
