-Combine butter, brown sugar, egg, and molasses. Set aside.
-Combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, salt,
and cloves.
-Add to wet mixture. Mix well.
-Refrigerate 1 hour.
-Roll out half of dough at a time, to 1/4".
-Cut out 2" - 3" circles (or desired shape).
-Bake on greased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes.
