-In a large bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
-Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
-Add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix well.
-Stir in remaining ingredients.
-Pour into greased and floured 13" X 9" baking
-Bake in 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes, until center
of cake is firm to the touch.
-Cool in pan; frost as desired.
