EZ Ham & Cheese Casserole

Serves: 6-8

4 med. potatoes - peeled, cubed, boiled
3 cups cubed ham
1 sm. onion - chopped, optional
1 can corn nibblets - drained, optional
salt and pepper - to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pint whipping cream

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry


-Place potatoes, ham, onion, and corn in 13" X 9" baking dish.
-Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-Melt cheese in whipping cream in saucepan over medium heat.
-Pour melted cheese mixture over meat and vegetables.
-Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Notes: This was my favorite dish as a little girl. Hardy and filling, too.
