Yield: 1/4 cup

5 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

-Combine and store in an air-tight container.

  • I USE THE BLACKENING SPICE ON ORANGE ROUGHY ON THE FOREMAN GRILL. I BRUSH FISH WITH MELTED BUTTER FIRST BEFORE APPLYING SPICE. I HAVE DONE THIS WITH BOTH FROZEN AND DEFROSTED FISH FILETS. EASY QUICK AND WONDERFUL!
