-Stir yeast into
warm water; allow to rest for 5 minutes.
-Combine flours, milk powder, and gelatin; stir in
remaining ingredients, including dissolved yeast.
-Drop dough by 1/2 teaspoonfuls 1" apart onto an
ungreased cookie sheet.
-Bake in a 300 degree oven 25 minutes.
-Cool biscuits and store, covered, in the refrigerator.

refrigerator up to 3 weeks OR freeze up to 1 year.
