-Combine
sugar and corn syrup in saucepan over medium heat.
-Heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
-Remove from heat, add vodka, and stir well.
-Allow to cool in pan, covered.
-Add peppermint extract to mixture.
-Store in a sealed decorative bottle.
Notes: When giving as gifts, I like to garnish
with a whole mint leaf inside the bottle.
