Orange Dreamsicle Cookies

1 cup Tang orange drink mix
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups white chocolate/vanilla baking chips

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry


-Beat together all ingredients, except the vanilla chips.
-Stir in vanilla chips.
-Drop by Tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-14 minutes.

  • This is a wonderful recipe!! AND a big hit with kids, especially for school parties.

  • I made these for the first time to take to a bake sale. My family ate over half of the batch so I had to whip up a new batch and had to hide them until the bake sale. We liked them so much that I bake a whole bunch and freeze them and my kids eat them as snacks after school. Yum-Yum!
