Serves: 6

5 cups warm water
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk - low-fat okay
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt

-Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan and warm over medium heat.
-Alternately, combine all ingredients in an 8-cup microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave, on 100% power, for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Notes: Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week and reheated.
