lb. bag white rice - prepared as directed, cooled
12 oz. whipped cream topping - low-fat okay
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
20 oz. can crushed pineapple - drained
10 oz. jar maraschino cherries - drained, halved
-Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

had this in grade school 20 yrs ago! it was
one of my favorites! the only difference is
that there was marshmallows in it also...tastes
also put mini marshmallows in mine and also add
about 1/2 pkg, of flaked coconut.
been searching high and low for this recipe!
