Butter Cookies

oz. box butter cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1 egg
1/2 cup real butter - softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
powdered sugar - for coating
-Beat together all ingredients, except powdered sugar, and refrigerate
for at least 2 hours.
-Roll into 1" balls, roll in powdered sugar, and
arrange 1" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
-Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar when cooled.
I recently had these cookies at my Aunt's house.....I must say they are the best cookies i have ever had in my life! So glad to find the recipe!
THIS IS THE ALL TIME BEST BUTTER COOKIE RECIPE. MY GRANDMA WOULD KILL ME IF I TOLD HER THESE COOKIES WERE BETTER THAN HERS. THANKS ROBBIE!
