-Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
-With an electric mixer, cream together sugar, butter, and vanilla.
-Beat in eggs until fully incorporated.
-Slowly beat dry mixture into wet mixture.
-Fold in chocolate chips by hand.
-Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
-Allow to cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack
to cool completely.
