-Gently stir together berries and 1/3 cup sugar; set aside.
-In a large, chilled metal mixing bowl using an electric mixer on high
speed, beat together cream, remaining sugar, lemon juice and extracts until
fluffy.
-Alternate spooning layers of whipped cream and berries into 4 glass serving
bowls or glasses.
-Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve within 6 hours of preparing.
Notes: Garnish with lemon or orange zest for a
beautiful presentation.
