Basic Baking Mix

10 cups all-purpose flour
3/8 cup baking powder
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/4 cup powdered milk
1 1/2 Tbls. salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 lb. (2 cups) shortening

-Combine all ingredients; mix well, cutting shortening into all.
-Store in an air tight container up to 1 month.
