1 1/4 oz. light rum
3/4 oz. blue curaçao
pineapple juice - as needed
sweet and sour mix - as needed
pineapple wedge - for garnish
-Fill a 12 oz. glass with ice.
-Pour in alcohols, then fill glass with equal amounts of
pineapple juice and sweet and sour mix.
-Cover and shake.
-Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
