1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 Tbls. grated
Parmesan cheese

Maybe I did something
wrong, but I thought the basil was too strong and there was way too
much bread crumb mixture.
Just tried the baked
basil chicken and it turned out perfect. The coating yogurt +
cornstarch keeps the chicken moist.

easy to make. Thumbs up! Also, because I couldn't find cornstarch in
a local store, I just used wholemeal flour - 1tbs. and no crumbs.
