Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry

Apple Noodle Casserole
Great accompaniment for ham and pork chops.
Just throw everything in a pan and bake!
 

Recipe By: Ruth Masters (Robbie's Great-Aunt)
Serves: 6-12
Prep. Time: 0:50

1/2 cup butter OR margarine - melted
1 lb. pkg. egg noodles - prepare as directed
4 lrg. Macintosh apples - peeled, cored, chopped
4 eggs - beaten
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup golden raisins
1 Tbls. lemon juice
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 dash ground nutmeg

Ingredients at Firehouse Pantry

-Pour melted butter into a 9" X 13" X 2" baking dish and coat bottom of dish evenly.
-Combine remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish.
-Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Make It A Meal: Serve as an accompaniment to Oven-Baked Pork Chops
