3/4 cup bacon grease -
divided
5 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup beef broth
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
-Grease a cookie sheet with
1 Tbls. bacon grease.
-Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
-Roll dough into 2" balls and place balls 2" apart on
prepared cookie sheet.
-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
-Allow to cool and dry on wire racks.
