10 med. potatoes -
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 cup real butter
4 med. onions - minced
salt and pepper - to taste
1 Lb. lasagna noodles - cooked, drained
potatoes, cheddar, and cream cheese until cheese is
melted and no potato lumps remain.
-Saute onions in butter until soft.
-Stir 1/3 of the onions into the potato mixture; salt and
pepper to taste.
-Place a layer of lasagna noodles in the bottom of a
greased 9" X 13" X 2" pan.
-Spread 1/3 of the potato mixture over the noodles.
-Repeat layers, ending with noodles.
-Pour remaining onions over all.
-Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven until heated
through, about 30 minutes.
