Chicken
& Rice Bake

4 boned and skinned
chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
1 package Lipton® Onion Soup Mix
-Spread rice evenly
over the bottom of a 9" X 9" X 2" baking
dish.
-Combine condensed soups and water; pour 1/2 of this
mixture over the rice.
-Arrange the chicken breasts in the pan, making sure not
to overlap.
-Pour remaining soup mixture over the chicken.
-Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
-Bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
