Shrimp Scampi Recipe Created by :
Robbie 8 cloves garlic - minced -In a small saucepan over
medium-high heat, simmer garlic and parsley in wine until reduced by
half; add butter and salt to pan and stir until melted; remove from
heat. NOTES : I like to divide the shrimp into serving-size dishes before baking, then place each dish directly on the serving plate. Everyone likes to hear the sound of their meal sizzling, straight out of the oven. |
