Beef Noodle Soup

1 1/2 Lbs. boneless beef - cubed
2 Tbls. vegetable oil
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup beef broth - lowfat okay
1 1/2 qts. water
1 Lb. egg noodles - unprepared

-In large, oven-proof skillet or a Dutch oven, brown beef cubes in oil and salts.
-Add vinegar to pan.
-Simmer for 5 minutes.
-Add beef broth and water to pan.
-Cover pan and place in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
-Remove from oven, bring to boil on stovetop, and add noodles.
-Boil for 20 minutes.
