Low-Fat Spaghetti Sauce
Serves : 10
1 lb. lean ground beef
-In a large saucepan over
medium-high heat, brown beef, breaking it up as it cooks; fold in
garlic, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms and sauté, stirring often,
until vegetables are soft.
Notes : Adjust seasonings to taste and serve over pasta with low fat Parmesan sprinkled over.
