Skillet Cordon Bleu

Serves : 2-4

4 boned and skined chicken breasts - cubed
1 Tbls. butter OR margarine
1/4 cup white wine
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup diced cooked ham

-In a skillet, brown chicken breasts in butter for 10 minutes.
-Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
-Deglaze the pan with the wine.
-Add soup, cheese, and ham; heat to boiling, stirring often.
-Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often.

NOTES : Serve over cooked and buttered egg noodles.
