Rice Salad

Serves : 6

3 cups cooked cold rice
1/2 cup cooked peas
1/2 cup cooked corn
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup red bell pepper - seeded, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper - seeded, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
6 slices cooked bacon - crumbled
salt and pepper - to taste
1 orange - for garnish

-Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss to coat.
-Refrigerate overnight before serving.
-Peel and section orange and use to garnish.
