Party Chex® Mix

1 1/2 cups real butter
1/2 cup bacon grease OR lard - see Notes
1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. hot sauce
10 oz. box Cheerios®
(1/2) 16 oz. box Corn OR Rice Chex®
(1/2) 16 oz. box Wheat Chex®
4 cups thin, salty pretzel sticks
12 oz. can cocktail peanuts - optional
9.25 oz. can cashews - optional

-Melt butter and bacon grease or lard in a saucepan.
-Stir in seasonings until salts have dissolved.
-Pour cereal, pretzels, and nuts in a large bowl.
-Pour hot mixture over and stir to coat well.
-Divide mixture into (2-3) 13" X 9" X 2" baking pans.
-Bake in a 200 degree oven for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
-Allow to cool 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes : If you don't have enough bacon grease, you may substitute necessary amount with real butter. If you don't want to open 2 boxes of cereal, just use 1 whole box of your favorite kind.
