I
made this into a seafood chowder with canned
shrimp and some leftover imitation crab meat and
canned clams and it came out awesome!!
Recipe is excellent, but
instead of using flour to thicken, I use instant potato flakes. You
can add until you get the desired thickness and you still maintain
the potato flavor without the flour!
It is great. Easy and
tastes great.
I made this to go with
our family's Christmas Eve dinner. It turned out great and I got so
many compliments. It was so easy and came out great. Thank you!
OH MY GOODNESS !!!!!!
What a kick butt recipe !!!! I added an additional can of minced
clams .....I had to add a little extra flour to thicken , BUT I'll
never eat Clam Chowder any where but home now !!! Used your Red
Lobster Biscuit revipe to go with Clam Chowder.........Great Recipe
This is the worst by far
clam chowder I have ever made. I wasted some ingredients and my
time. I threw it out. Tasted like powered milk glue.
